Mr. Peter Smulders is a seasoned design leader with over 30 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific region. With a diverse background and hands-on expertise across various projects, he holds a master’s degree in landscape architecture as well as a degree in land planning, complemented by extensive experience in architecture and interior design. In 2002, Mr. Smulders acquired Attractions International Ltd. from Belt Collins, where he had served as Vice President for 15 years. As the CEO of Attractions International, he has elevated the firm’s design services to the highest standards in the fields of leisure, entertainment, landscape, and environmental design. Actively involved in the creative process, he has overseen and contributed to numerous projects spanning from Hawaii to Asia, and from Australia to the Middle East.
