场地位于黄旗山豪宅区南板块内，属于东莞传统富人区。设计从场地本质出发，因地制宜，多元碰撞，不拘泥于场地和建筑的限制，将景观的能动性注入其中，进而盘活全园。景观设计采用空间形态调整的策略，创造曲折动感的道路来增加场地的层次。同时，利用建筑景观空间一体化的处理手法，在景观设计中以建筑的功能为出发点，但不囿于上层的形式，以景观的能动性突破原有建筑的框架，二者的有机碰撞实现了场地上景观建筑高度融合的整体发展。 The site is located in the southern plate of Huangqishan Mansion District, which belongs to the traditional rich area of Dongguan.
